Outdoor Hiking Go to the mountains to breathe oxygen! ▫️Today I took a 📍unpopular route: Daguzhang-Egongji-Yuanshan Scenic Area through hiking! (Please refer to the two-step route, ID: Erwu) ▪️This route is about 10 kilometers in total, with a cumulative climb of about 800 meters. The difficulty coefficient is three stars (depends on the individual). The entire journey takes 6 hours (including time for taking photos and resting), leaving the hustle and bustle of the city far behind. ▫️The route is well-established, with few forks in the road. 🚇Subway station at the mountain entrance: Exit C, Nanyue Take Exit C to the No. 10 Bridge Trailhead, about 3.6 kilometers, and a taxi costs about 12 yuan 🚇Xiashankou Metro: Henggang Metro Station Go down the mountain to the main entrance of Yuanshan Scenic Area and go to Henggang Subway Station, about 3.9 kilometers away. The taxi fare is about 14 yuan. 💵Tickets: Free ⚠️Notes: ▫️The first 2/3 of the journey is uphill dirt road. At the beginning, there is a big slope that will raise your heart rate. Remember to wear non-slip hiking shoes🥾, bring hiking poles🧗 and sun hats, and travel with companions. ▫️There are several small supply points along the way (someone sells water on the mountain on weekends, uncertain on weekdays), so bring enough water and dry food. ‼ ️Key point: There are no toilets along the way🚻. There are toilets and a canteen near the main entrance of Yuanshan Scenic Area and almost at the end. ▫️Starting from Daguzhang, walking along the winding mountain trail, you can feel the purest breath of the mountains and forests. ▪️The weather in February is very good. Today is suitable for mountain climbing. It is not too sunny and it is cloudy ☁️, which is very comfortable. It’s a pity that it is a bit foggy for taking pictures. 🧗Recommended photo spots: 1️⃣ Daguzhang After climbing to the first pavilion on Daguzhang and walking along the flat bamboo forest road for a few minutes to reach the second pavilion, you will see the "Little Thousand Island Lake" (Sanzhoutian Reservoir). The scenery is superb, but there are also a lot of people, so you need to queue up to grab a photo spot! Go back to the first pavilion, and continue forward from the fork on the right, heading towards the Egongji direction, and you will reach Guangmingding (a big rock for resting). 2️⃣ Goose bun The cliff plank road has a strong sense of depth and is known as the Shenzhen version of "Little Zhangjiajie" (the sunset is beautiful when the weather is good) And the ray of light, the angle of view is very important (I didn’t take a picture) 3️⃣ Garden Hill Waterfall Camping site 🏕️ Miaojue Temple The road down the mountain in Yuanshan Scenic Area is all paved with stone steps, which is very tiring for the knees. ▫️Finally: Protect the environment and don’t litter🚮.
