Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Airport I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is great value for money. Location: The hotel is located on the west side of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, at the west side of Terminal 3, Hourui Community, Hangcheng Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, near the intersection of Linghang 5th Road. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the terminal via an indoor passageway. You can reach downtown Shenzhen in 30 minutes. Check-in experience: • Communication in advance: The hotel staff contacted me the day before check-in to confirm the details. This thoughtful service made me feel very warm. • Convenient transportation: The hotel is very close to the airport, making it very convenient to travel. • Check-in process: The check-in process was very smooth. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided welcome fruit. The hotel also upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. • Room facilities: The room has a modern design. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet and a hairdryer. A capsule coffee machine and free tea are also provided.
