Pompeii Exhibition

In 78 AD, Mount Vesuvius erupted and volcanic ash rained for 20 hours, burying the city of Pompeii in volcanic ash. The residents of Pompeii died from extreme heat shock, and more than 1,000 bodies were preserved by being buried in the ash. In 1863, Giuseppe Fiorelli used injection molding to pour liquid plaster into the void left by the body in the stone, freezing the posture and expression at the moment of death. The exhibition is mainly a documentary, which details the murals of the ancient city of Pompeii, the Garden House and the Hunter's House, the protection and restoration of cultural relics, etc.
