Inside the Link REIT Center in Shenzhen, there's actually a 'Jingwei Zhang Roast Duck Restaurant.' I went there with my parents, and the restaurant is decorated in a palace style, with many funny pictures on the walls, including a hilarious one of Emperor Qianlong wearing sunglasses and taking a selfie. The layout and dishes of a set meal can determine everything from the start. The four-person meal mainly includes a large roast duck, stir-fried lamb, stewed tofu, and choy sum. The portion of the roast duck was quite generous, and the most important thing was that the pancakes were hot and didn't have a frozen taste. However, I felt that the duck skin was a bit thick. The stir-fried lamb had a strong cumin flavor, and although I don't like cilantro, it masked the grassy taste well. The stewed tofu was extremely delicious and went well with rice.
