Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan I stayed at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan last weekend. As the flagship Marriott hotel in the Asia-Pacific region, this hotel is positioned as high-end but not luxury. As a Platinum member, I was hoping to be upgraded to an open suite, but the hotel was fully booked and I could only stay in a bay view room. The hotel is indeed busy all year round. Hotel Lobby The hotel lobby is located on the 43rd floor, directly facing the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Ping An Finance Centre, offering excellent views. However, the glass is slightly old, which slightly affects the viewing experience. The lobby design uses a lot of "grid" elements, creating a unique artistic atmosphere, especially the popular staircase, which is definitely a good place to take photos. The decoration of the lobby restaurant is also very tasteful, and details such as the vinyl record player are impressive.
