A Great Choice for a Family-Friendly and Affordable Apartment in Shenzhen

Address - 23rd Floor, Fuxing Century Building, Futian, Shenzhen Environment/Facilities - Located within the building Features - Very spacious rooms Price per person - $100/person Rating - 7.5/10 This was my first time trying a budget hotel-style apartment in Shenzhen, and I chose Dongfeng•Shanhai Light Residence for several reasons. It is set to open in 2024, and the entire building is in the move-in phase, making it very new. Additionally, the price is quite reasonable, the rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the front desk staff provides good service, quickly addressing any issues. The location is near Huaqiangbei Metro Station, just a five-minute walk away. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the shops in the mall not being open yet, no large shopping centers nearby, and few attractions in the vicinity.
