As someone who loves eating squab, I found a restaurant that specializes in squab dishes, but of course, there are many other dishes that are favorites among Hongkongers🤩 We ordered the popular set meal for two recommended by the public, $208, which of course includes their must-have squab. The aroma hits you as soon as it's served, and I couldn't help but start eating right after taking a photo🤩. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender; my friend said there's no need to go to Guangming to eat squab anymore. Another delicious dish is this clay pot of pan-fried fish head and pork ribs, which uses fresh fish heads and tender ribs, cooked in a clay pot, very flavorful. My friend loves this artisanal large yellow croaker, which is fried until golden and crispy, yet the fish remains tender and juicy, leaving a lasting impression. There's also the clay pot rice that everyone loves to eat, I didn't know this, but there are over 3000 high-end hotels supplied by Jin Guang Pigeon King, so the quality is guaranteed.
