The Nanhai Wing has balconies, but the floors are lower, and you can't see the sea below the 6th floor. It's a loss to buy a sea view room and not be able to see the sea, so make sure to ask for a higher floor. Lower floors should not be sold at the price of sea view rooms if the sea is not visible. The Wanghai Wing does not have balconies but features large floor-to-ceiling windows and higher floors, allowing you to lie in bed and enjoy the sea view.
