Today, I visited the railway-themed park near Caopu Subway Station in Luohu District, Shenzhen, which is a great weekend destination for regular check-ins, photo shoots, wedding memorabilia, vintage style, and more. It's especially suitable for those who want to take railway-themed photos and is a must-visit place recommended by fellow photography enthusiasts. Attraction features: There is a section of abandoned railway tracks here, with a restoration degree of ninety percent, which is already very impressive without being painted in rainbow colors like the tracks in Dongguan! There are two old train carriages and a locomotive covered in rust, and it's worth mentioning that some sections of the carriage are brand new, possibly recently renovated. Unfortunately, the seats inside the carriage have been completely removed, turning it into something like a cargo hold. You wouldn't know unless you climbed inside. Although there are signs on the train that say 'No Climbing,' there are still quite a few people who climb in to explore due to the lack of staff supervision, coupled with the mottled old train platform. The frontmost carriage has been transformed into a train-themed restaurant where you can dine if interested. The park is free to enter... Attraction address: About 200 meters from Exit D3 of Caopu Subway Station in Luohu District, Shenzhen (after exiting the subway station, cross the overpass, go down the stairs, and walk straight ahead. Transportation: It is recommended to take the subway: Take the Subway Line 3 to 'Caopu Station' and exit from D3, or take a bus or drive as there are parking spaces nearby. Biking is also recommended. Visitor experience: This place is almost as good as what fellow enthusiasts have said, and my visit was not in vain. I also recommend everyone to come here for a visit. However, I would like to point out some shortcomings of the attraction: first, the locomotive and some carriages have not been renovated or maintained, and if this continues, this place will no longer exist and become the second Dongguan Railway Park; second, the lack of security or staff supervision leads to people climbing over and scaling the trains without heed to warnings, and I have also climbed up to find the train in a pitted and dilapidated state, even dangerous; third, the lack of public toilets near the park is inconvenient for the public, and it's not very accommodating for a park to not have toilets.
