Shenzhen's MixC World

Shenzhen Nanshan's China Resources MixC World is an innovative incubation product under China Resources Land, and it is the second MixC series product created in Shenzhen, which will be completed and open for business on September 27, 2017. China Resources MixC World boasts a 230,000 square meter 'block+mall' innovative commercial space, including nearly 300 shops, over 1,000 brands, 12 standalone flagship stores, as well as an indoor children's playground exceeding 2,000 square meters and a 24-hour international gourmet food street. By preserving historical relics such as the Dawang Temple, Zheng Family Ancestral Hall, and ancient banyan trees, China Resources MixC World creates a dynamic flow that connects the historical and cultural context of the past with the present for the district; Following two main streets, one street and one lane connect five major plazas, creating a 'bond' that connects the city and people through the transition and transformation of indoor and outdoor spaces. China Resources Land's public space and construction team—Space+ will provide MixC World with a creative product laboratory, large-scale art installations and exhibitions, cloud salons, and other experiential content. Six artists from different countries have been hired to create permanent large-scale art installations for MixC World. MixC World brings together multiple cafes, a cultural atmosphere, gourmet food, and shopping malls in one place, with about 300 shops. The iconic design is definitely the elephant art installation 'Bubblecoat Elephant' at the main entrance.
