The restaurant I want to introduce this time is Min He Nan, located in MixC World. Min and Nan, as the name suggests, means eating Minnan cuisine. I don’t often come across Minnan cuisine, so I must try it this time if I have the chance. The restaurant is elegantly decorated and stylish. There is plenty of space between each table. The restaurant environment is relatively quiet. It is very comfortable to dine here. We ordered several special Minnan dishes, including Qiaoxiang Scallion Buns, Lychee Meat, Crispy Melon and Pork Stir-fried, and Yellow Croaker Hot and Sour Soup. Each dish was very delicious. Lychee meat is a bit like sweet and sour pork, but you can tell that the restaurant uses superior pork, which is soft and not too fatty. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and sourness, not too sweet or sour, and not too much, so we didn't feel sick after finishing the whole plate. The stir-fried pork with crispy melon has a very wok-fried flavor, the crispy melon has a crisp texture, and the pork is also very flavorful. It is very delicious when paired with white rice. Other dishes include the scallion buns and hot and sour yellow croaker soup, which are also very good. All in all, I think this restaurant is highly recommended.
