A good Jiangsu and Zhejiang restaurant with all the conveniences

Last week I went to this grandma's house which specializes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. It felt a bit like the Shanghai grandma in Hong Kong. The mainland is vast and rich in resources, and most restaurant seats are very large, making them relatively comfortable to sit in. However, there are also many customers during lunch time, and the seats are almost full. I would recommend some Jiangsu and Zhejiang signature dishes, which taste good and are rare in Hong Kong.
