The Mandarin Cake Shop We had a relaxing afternoon at the Mandarin Cake shop. It has a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere and has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a nice selection of cakes and pastries to choose from. We ordered the red velvet cake as recommended by the staff and Zans chose the Black Forest chocolate mousse. We also ordered a pot of sencha and a pot of earl grey tea. The chocolate mousse cake was heavenly and I will be going back for it.
