Anar Xinqiang Restaurant is a chain store. The one I went to is located in Yifangtiandi, Longhua District, Shenzhen. The decoration is gorgeous and elegant, with a strong exotic atmosphere. I arrived at 5:30pm that day and sat in a good seat. By 6:30pm, the restaurant was already full! The weather was hot, so I ordered a refreshing yogurt drink to quench my thirst 😋, then ordered grilled lamb skewers as a snack, and then a plate of Shawan big plate chicken that was being heated continuously - it was said to be a signature dish of Xinqiang, with chicken, potatoes, wide noodles, green and red peppers, etc. The sauce was rich and slightly spicy, and it went well with rice. While we were eating, suddenly men and women in ethnic costumes came out to dance. If you come early, you can find a good seat to watch the show. The restaurant's prices are reasonable, with a large plate of chicken costing around $100. Xinqiang’s flavor is indeed different from other cuisines and has a unique flavor. I really can’t explain how Xinqiang’s seasoning is made 😂 but it is definitely worth a try
