A Luxurious Stay in the Clouds: First Impressions of Conrad Shenyang I had heard a lot about Conrad Shenyang, so I decided to stay there during my trip to Shenyang. I booked a room two days in advance. I didn't receive a call before check-in, nor did I worry about the room type. I was assigned a room on the 80th floor, which offered a great view of the city. The room was both high-tech and comfortable. The electric curtains opened and closed with the touch of a button, revealing the view outside. The electric toilet was clean and smart. The heated towel rack provided warm, dry towels at all times. The attention to detail was impressive. The lounge was a great social space. It was spacious and bright, and the staff were as friendly as old friends. They not only introduced the food but also recommended drinks based on my preferences. The dinner was varied and delicious. The coffee was fragrant, and the cocktails were unique. I enjoyed a few drinks and felt very relaxed. I wanted to stay longer, so I asked for a late check-out. I was easily allowed to check out at 2 pm, which was very considerate. The gym was equipped with a full set of Technogym equipment, which was perfect for a fitness enthusiast like me. I enjoyed working out while overlooking the city. The bar on the 88th floor offered a great view, but you had to make a purchase to enjoy it. A drink cost CNY 88 plus a 15% service charge. Fortunately, my Diamond membership gave me a 25% discount. However, I couldn't charge it to my room, which was a bit disappointing. The only downside was the breakfast. The taste was average, and the restaurant layout was not very convenient. I had to walk back and forth to get food. Overall, my experience at Conrad Shenyang was great, and I would love to stay there again!
