| Howard Johnson Jinlian Business Club Hotel. We had a great time in Shenyang with our baby, and the Howard Johnson Jinlian Business Club Hotel was a big part of that. Here's our 3-day itinerary. Why we chose this hotel It's located on the Golden Corridor of Qingnian Street, a great location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Qingnian Street Station, and a 15-minute drive from Shenyang North Railway Station and Shenyang Railway Station. It's super convenient. There are lots of fun things to do nearby. You can experience history at Shenyang Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Zhongjie is bustling with activity. The night market is fun and full of delicious food, and there are malls where you can rest and shop when you get tired. Staying here is so convenient. Day 1 We checked in in the morning and went straight to Shenyang Imperial Palace. The red walls, yellow tiles, and painted beams were fascinating to our baby. It was fun to walk around and talk about history. After the Imperial Palace, we went to Marshal Zhang's Mansion to learn about that period of history. We went to Zhongjie for lunch and had Laobian Dumplings. Our baby loved the fresh, delicious fillings. We bought a Zhongjie ice pop and ate it while we walked around. In the afternoon, we continued shopping for unique items in Zhongjie. In the evening, we went to the TV Tower Night Market. We couldn't stop eating the grilled cold noodles, fried skewers, and other delicious food. We enjoyed the night view of the TV Tower and ended our first day in comfort. Day 2 In the morning, we took the subway to Liaoning Provincial Museum. The rich collection was eye-opening, and it was very meaningful to teach our baby about history and culture. We had lunch at a nearby restaurant that served Northeastern Chinese food. The sweet and sour pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Di San Xian was delicious with rice. In the afternoon, we went to 1905 Cultural and Creative Park, where we visited creative shops, saw art exhibitions, and made crafts. In the evening, we went back to the hotel and used the self-service laundry room on the 24th floor. It was so convenient. We looked at the night view of Shenyang outside the window and fell asleep. Day 3 We got up early and went to the restaurant on the 4th floor for breakfast. It's open from 7 to 11 am, and there are lots of options. Our baby loved it. After breakfast, we packed up and went home with beautiful memories. The hotel room was great, too. The view from the upper floors was great, the mattress was comfortable, and the two-bedroom family suite was convenient and private. There were also thoughtful details like a free minibar.
