The Shenyang Finance Museum, originally the Border Industry Bank 🏦, was one of the largest banks in Northeast China during the Republic of China era. The museum now exhibits: the history of financial development in Northeast China, the story of currency, a financial theme park, exchange exhibitions, and a world paper currency culture exhibition, among others. The museum is designed in a very interesting way; just follow the arrows on the ground, and there's no need to backtrack 🥳 The wax figures of various characters in the banking industry in the main hall on the first floor are lifelike, making it hard at times to distinguish between the real people and the wax figures, creating a somewhat indistinguishable confusion Be careful not to touch them with your hands. The museum mainly tells the story of the development of the financial industry in Northeast China and the Chinese securities industry, with each exhibition hall displaying a variety of actual currencies from the Warring States period, the Qing dynasty, the Republic of China period, and modern times. On the second floor, there is a glittering statue of Guan Yu, described as the image of the God of Wealth who has fallen into a pit of money. Walking in, you really feel like you're going to get rich 🤩🤩🤩 Whoever sees it gets a share, congratulations on your fortune! Additionally, the world coin 🪙 and paper currency culture exhibition is the most astonishing, almost encompassing coins and paper money from all countries in the world, which is very rare and unheard of! It's really amazing! This is also the point that I feel is the most meticulously done! It takes about 2-3 hours to see everything here slowly.
