Swiss in Sharm - Pay for one take four

The hotel may still be in its soft opening phase, but everything has been exceptional so far. The reception staff, Mazen, Elsam, Osama and Rewan, were incredibly friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The variety of food and drinks is impressive, and everything is delicious. The kids club is fantastic—Marian and Rita are wonderful with the children, always engaging them with kindness and care. The aqua park is great, and the daily shows left us speechless. The beach is lovely, and the hotel provides free transportation every 15 minutes, making it very convenient. Most importantly you can spend day use in any of Rixos group hostels.
