Fenghui Ancient Town, Shangyu, Zhejiang Province

Fenghui Ancient Town is located in the southeast of Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is adjacent to the Oriental Port of Ningbo in the east, Hangzhou, the provincial capital city, in the west, Wenzhou, a private economic highland, in the south, and Shanghai, an international metropolis, in the north. The transportation is convenient and the location is very advantageous. The ancient town was originally named Shangyu City and was the seat of Shangyu County from the second year of Changqing in the Tang Dynasty (822 AD) to 1954. Famous figures: Fenghui Ancient Town has been a prosperous place for culture and people since ancient times. Since Fan Li, a doctor of the Yue Kingdom, came to Xixi Lake in Fenghui to fish, it has a history of at least 2,500 years. The beautiful stories of "Liang Zhu Transforming into Butterflies," "Boyang Refining Pills," and "Fan Li Entering the Lake" all took place in Fenghui. Xiangu Cave: Located 4 km southeast of Fenghui Town, it is the location of the ninth small cave of Taoist culture. It is known as a "blessed place" and is famous for its hanging rocks, waterfalls, and thousand-year-old vines. 2. Fengming Mountain: It has a rich historical and cultural heritage and beautiful scenery. It is a good place for exploring ancient sites, leisure, and health. 3. Nine Lions Bridge: Also known as Dengci Bridge, it is a majestic and ancient dry-stone arch bridge with a profound historical and cultural heritage.
