Shaoxing Shiyebu is a unique product and individual response of Shaoxing's historical and cultural advantages in the social governance environment of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. This professional group with distinct regional characteristics is an important supplementary force for the normal operation of the yamen at all levels in the governance system of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially the Qing Dynasty. Shaoxing Shiyebu is meticulous and rigorous, and their wisdom is outstanding. Their footprints are all over the country, so that there is a situation where the yamen is difficult to operate well without Shaoxing Shiyebu. Therefore, it has created a unique political structure and social phenomenon of "no Shaoxing is not a yamen". Shaoxing Shiyebu Museum is the most famous attraction in Anchang Ancient Town and the only Shiyebu cultural theme museum in the country. The museum is located in the former residence of Lou Xintian, a representative figure of Shiyebu. The black lacquer platform door is built by the river. There are three entrances, which display the "origin and evolution of Shaoxing Shiyebu", "famous Shiyebu deeds", and "curtain study materials and handwriting". This group of wisdom and strategy is introduced. Because of the limited number of imperial examinations, they served as yamen staff. During the three hundred years of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shaoxing had more than 10,000 practitioners, especially Anchang people, all over the country. Shiyebu is divided into two categories, namely, the criminal name Shiyebu and the Qiangushiyebu. The criminal name Shiyebu is responsible for handling judicial litigation affairs on behalf of the curtain master, and is familiar with laws and local personnel; in addition to tax collection on behalf of officials, Qiangushiyebu also handles civil affairs such as household registration, marriage, land, water conservancy, and disaster relief. Both of them have to undergo curtain study training and have professional knowledge. Shaoxing Shiyebu, as a group of auxiliary governance, has become history. However, Shiyebu culture with Shaoxing Shiyebu as the core content not only profoundly affects the construction of professional think tanks in modern secretarial, judicial, fiscal and taxation and other social fields, but also subtly affects the growth of a new generation of wise figures.
