When I'm feeling anxious and troubled, I tend to arrange a short trip for myself where I can settle down and savor the meaning of life. Not far from the city, I find a nice spot to rest carefree for a couple of days, breathe in the natural oxygen, smell the birds and flowers, and then recharge my spirit to "rise again from Dongshan"! Yes, I went to the Dongshan of "rise again from Dongshan"! Dongshan Daguan Hotel, you deserve to experience it! 📍Address: 88 Daguan Road, Dongshan Lake Scenic Area, Shangyu District, Shaoxing City The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and underground parking, making it convenient to park and charge. It's located within the scenic area, so I recommend driving there for convenience. 💡Experience: The hotel's location is superb, owning 600 acres of private Dongshan Lake. There are also many scenic spots nearby, suitable for couples or families with parents! It's similar to a resort hotel, integrating dining, entertainment, and leisure, which is my favorite type. You don't have to worry about where to eat or run around for photos. There are many amusement facilities, swimming pools, gyms, children's playgrounds, book bars, tea rooms, and you can even experience boat rides and pottery making. It's a full experience! 🏡About the room type: I chose the Jinglan Lake View Room, which comes with a small balcony overlooking the lake. The view is truly soothing. This season, sitting on the balcony in the evening and enjoying the breeze is so comfortable! The room's decor is in an ancient style, with a strong Jiangnan atmosphere. 🍜About dining: We had all three meals at the hotel. Breakfast was included with the hotel booking, and we ordered lunch and dinner ourselves at the hotel. The hotel has Chinese and Western restaurants and a coffee bar. The breakfast is standard, a combination of Chinese and Western, with tofu pudding, white porridge, noodles, wontons, as well as mini burgers, bread, and cakes. Every morning there are special desserts and different 'egg' dishes! Lunch and dinner are the highlights. Their dishes are really good, especially the signature steamed chicken and pickled cabbage sauce Dongshan Lake whitefish, which are very fresh and flavorful, all home-raised. 🎈About entertainment: Actually, playing within the hotel is quite enough, with mountains, water, flowers, grass, and bridges, and you can also take a boat ride. Of course, you can also drive out to nearby attractions such as the Yue Kiln Celadon Museum, Guoqing Temple, Xie An's Residence, and the hometown of Ying Tai. 📷About photography: As a girl, it's a must to take beautiful photos when going out!
