Trip to Shaoguan 🌸

We explored Shaoguan 🌸 during cherry blossom season, and it was one of the most stunning places we’ve visited in Guangdong. The combination of pink sakura, misty mountains, and traditional architecture made it a perfect photography destination 📸 If you’re planning a trip, here’s our recommended itinerary with the best photo spots and the ideal timing to visit 🙌 We started our day at Shaoguan Cherry Blossom Park, one of the largest cherry blossom gardens 🌸 in Guangdong. The entire park was covered with thousands of cherry trees, creating a dreamy pink landscape. The best place for photos was the wooden 🪵 pathways lined with blossoms and the small lake that reflected the pink flowers beautifully. Arriving before 10 AM gave us the best lighting and fewer crowds ✨ 📍Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan, Guangdong, China We also visited Nanhua Temple, a 1,500-year-old Buddhist temple that looks even more magical during cherry blossom season 🌸 The contrast between the pink flowers and the temple’s golden roofs made for stunning photos 📸 We recommend walking to the back garden, where we found a peaceful spot with cherry trees 🌳 framing the temple in the background, one of our favorite photography moments 🙌 📍68 Nanhua Road, Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan, Guangdong, China To end the day, we visited Danxia Mountain ⛰️ a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its unique rock formations.
