Shangluo Shanyang｜Tianpeng Mountain Village, a very beautiful mountain!

【Tianpeng Mountain Village】, about 30 minutes' drive from Yaoping Hydropower, is a good one-day tour route in Shanyang. Strategy: 1️⃣ About the route🗺️: Shanyang Huling Road Hanging Wall Road - Yaoping Hydropower - Continue to navigate to the 'Tianpeng Mountain Village Scenic Area' South Gate, the South Gate is located at the foot of the scenic area, you will first encounter it on the left hand side when going up the mountain, park and buy tickets here. Then take the shuttle bus to the 'North Gate', which is the gate at the top of the mountain. In this way, climbing from the North Gate at the top of the mountain to the South Gate at the foot of the mountain is easy and not tiring, suitable for all ages. There are many stairs, so strollers cannot be brought. The whole tour takes about 3.5 hours. 2️⃣ About the shuttle bus🚌: ⚠️ Whether you park at the North Gate or the South Gate, you can't avoid paying to take the shuttle bus once, because the parking position after climbing the mountain is opposite to the position you arrive at. 3️⃣ About food🍝: There is a simple market at the top of the mountain with cold noodles and other meals. It is recommended to bring your own drinks and snacks on the way. 4️⃣ About camping and accommodation: There are camping sites inside the scenic area, with tents and yurts available. 5️⃣ About route matching🏕️: For a one-day tour, after visiting the Hanging Wall Road and Yaoping Hydropower in the morning, there are two close options for the remaining half day: 【Moon Cave Scenic Area】 and 【Tianpeng Mountain Village】. Moon Cave is mainly a karst cave. If you have already seen the Zhashui Karst Cave and Wangchuan Karst Cave, you can skip Moon Cave because the cave scenery is similar, and this scenic area is crowded and prone to traffic jams. Therefore, the mountain scenery of 【Tianpeng Mountain Village】 is more distinctive, with a wide expanse of green, making it more comfortable and free.
