Visit Potatso National Park on January 18 1️⃣ Introduction to Potatso National Park: A national 5A-level tourist attraction in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, a 5A-level scenic spot in Yunnan, one of the top 10 national parks in China, a summer resort in Yunnan, and a famous attraction in Shangri-La. 2️⃣ Why many people avoid Potatso National Park: Because compared with the colorful Potatso National Park in summer, it is only monotonous white in winter, which is why many people do not recommend Potatso National Park in winter. 3️⃣ Service of Potatso National Park: Overall, I am a little dissatisfied. I chose to go down the mountain because of altitude sickness at Shudu Lake, and there were many cars parked there (P3) and many drivers chatting there (P4), but I had to wait for half an hour for the bus from the end of Shudu Lake. However, you can clearly see that there are many buses in Potatso National Park when you are in the parking lot. I think this should be improved. 4️⃣ Places and services not open in winter: The first stop has been changed to ice and snow entertainment projects. In addition, there are three ways to visit Shudu Lake, but in winter, you can only choose to walk 3.3 km, not ride a bike or row a boat. It is very tiring to walk, and it takes at least one and a half hours. 5️⃣ Note!! It is not recommended for people with severe altitude sickness. The altitude of Shudu Lake has reached 3,600 meters, and you will feel obvious chest tightness and shortness of breath when walking 3.3 km.
