Shangri-La, I declare it my favorite place in Yunnan

During the days in Shangri-La, I felt the warmth and simplicity of the locals, the natural scenery and culture are all heartwarming, and the food is delicious! I have been to Yunnan many times, and my friends jokingly call it my second hometown. This time I give a shout-out to Shangri-La! Here's a guide 【Day1: Car rental tour, Napahai—Songzanlin Monastery—Dukezong Ancient Town】 Tips: 1. It is recommended to choose accommodation in Dukezong Ancient Town, which is a relatively central location with a variety of food options; 2. It is suggested to rent a car for visiting Napahai—Songzanlin Monastery, although there are buses, the wait is long, and they are often crowded; taking a taxi is not easy for the return trip; 3. For Napahai, set your destination to Huanhai Road and just drive around the road. It is recommended to visit the Black Bean Coffee House at Napahai, which is very photogenic, and we all agree it was the highlight of the trip to Napahai. 4. Shangri-La is at a high altitude, so it's not recommended to wash your hair by yourself. You can go to a barber shop for a wash, and also try the Tibetan herbal foot bath + massage! 【Day2: Shangri-La—Tiger Leaping Gorge (Tea Horse Inn)—HALFWAY—Taxi to Tiger Leaping Gorge to stay】 【Day3: One-Line-Sky Entrance—Tingtao Crossing Coffee—Tina's】 Tips: 1. You can take a bus from Shangri-La to Tiger Leaping Gorge, and the bus driver will inform you how to buy a return ticket. If you want to start hiking from the Tea Horse Inn, the bus driver can also help contact people; 2. As one of the most beautiful hiking trails, I personally think Tiger Leaping Gorge is a place not to be missed when visiting Shangri-La. My overall arrangement is for light hiking, and if you are not very physically fit, the entire route is manageable. 【Day4: Stroll around the ancient town (be sure to visit Turtle Mountain Park, turn the giant prayer wheel clockwise three times for blessings)】 Ancient town food recommendations!!! Snacks: ① "Crispy Chicken Fork Bone (Shangri-La store)", we ordered takeout, and it was incredibly delicious! Spicy and flavorful, I, who originally didn't plan to have a late-night snack, ended up joining the battle ② "Ama's Tibetan Butter Tea", their yak yogurt is delicious! Also had barley milk tea, but personally, I think the yak yogurt is much tastier. ③ Next to Ama's Tibetan Butter Tea, the barbecue using local black pig is indeed very good! Recommended 2. Breakfast: ① "Zongba Tibetan Cuisine", their rice noodles, barley cakes, and butter tea are all very good, personally, I think their barley cakes are the tastiest I've had on this trip; ② "Chaiqin Tibetan Specialty Hotpot", their rice noodles are good! Barley cakes and butter tea are average. 3. Barbecue: We tried "Fire Shanghong Family", the overall taste is standard, but their garlic chicken feet are truly exceptional! 4. Yak Meat Hotpot: "Old Brand Tibetan Cuisine", I went to this place twice, the meat portion is very generous, and it's incredibly delicious after adding sour and spicy noodles!
