Luxury boutique hotel in Shangri-la 🙏

Songtsam is a luxury boutique hotel chain with most hotels located in Yunnan and Tibet. The hotel interior is nourished by Tibetan culture and this lodge of Songtsam is nearby the Songzanlin monastery. Songtsam Shangri-La Lvgu lodge is the first lodge which opened its doors in 2001. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Shangri-La, the lodge is located in Kena Village only a 2-minute walk to the Songzanlin Monastery. The lodge is a beautiful four-storey stone building housed in a traditional Tibetan dwelling within a self-sufficient farming village, where founder Pema Dorjee spent his childhood. All rooms are facing the lake which is surrounded by mountains.
