Travel to Wuyuan in Jiangxi during the Spring Festival

Wuyuan, Wunvzhou, Hongling, Wangxian Valley, Jingdezhen. Day 1 Depart to Hongqiao to take the high-speed train to Wuyuan Station (Fuxinghao 2 hours and 50 minutes) → Pick up the car (through Ctrip, the same car throughout Jiangxi) → Have lunch → Wunvzhou until evening → Hotel ※ There are hotels inside Wunvzhou, which are usually not very expensive. I stayed 1.5km outside the scenic area, which was very cheap but had great value for money. Outside the scenic area is basically the center of Wuyuan Town, with popular restaurants and snacks all within 1km. Wunvzhou has a 'Tiehua' performance, which is quite shocking when seen up close. But during the Spring Festival, there are too many people, so you can't get close, so the experience is average. Wunvzhou during the day is just an ancient town (with a strong commercial atmosphere), but it's quite beautiful at night. Wunvzhou at night has a performance called 'Encounter Wuyuan', which I didn't buy, but I peeked from the outside when leaving, and it looked pretty good, with stunt performers flying through the air and with water and fire effects, the kids were quite happy watching it. Day 2 Depart → Likeng → Jiangwan (lunch + check-in) → Hongling (dinner + evening) → Hotel (near Jiangwan) ※ Likeng is just an ancient town, similar to others. It's more beautiful when the rapeseed flowers are in bloom. I didn't go to the Jiangwan scenic spot (as it is the only 5A scenic spot in Wuyuan because it's the hometown of a great person), stayed in a B&B, which is also a small town with many B&Bs, restaurants, and snacks. Hongling, I went in the afternoon and came back in the evening. It's a small town on the mountain, so you need to take a cable car up and down. During the Spring Festival, it was so crowded that ticket sales were stopped until the afternoon, but we were lucky and still got in. It's a small town on the mountain with a 5D feel. It's very beautiful after the lights are on. There is no 'Shaiqiu' at night, so it's recommended to go during the day. There are only two B&Bs inside Hongling, monopolizing the business so they are super super expensive. During the Spring Festival, after 8 pm, it feels like there's no one in Hongling, a bit deserted. It seems unnecessary to stay on the mountain, it's better to stay down for better value. Day 3 Depart → About 2 hours to Jingdezhen → Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Expo Area (3-4h) → Pottery DIY (about 2h) → Go to Wangxian Valley, about 3 hours by car → Hotel ※ Jingdezhen Ancient Kiln Folk Customs Expo Area, there are ancient kilns, demonstrations of traditional ceramic making, and many demonstration areas, quite tiring to walk through. Anyway, it's quite interesting. Actually, you could spend a whole day there, but I was short on time so I only played in this one place. Pottery DIY can actually be experienced in Shanghai too, just for the atmosphere. But indeed, it's much cheaper than in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen! Day 4 Depart → Wangxian Valley Scenic Area (lunch) → Return the car at Shangrao Station → High-speed train back to Shanghai ※ Go to Wangxian Valley at night! After the lights are on at night, driving on the mountain roads into the valley, the lights spread from the top of the head to the bottom of the valley, it's so beautiful!!! It's super beautiful at night! You can take beautiful photos everywhere. Even at eleven o'clock at night, there are still many people, and the atmosphere is great. We stayed at Wangxian Valley Xianxu (at the foot of the mountain), which is inside the scenic area, very beautiful and with good facilities. During the day, it's an ancient town, you can also stroll around, climb to the cliffs to see the scenery, the experience is quite good. Wangxian Valley Xianxu is divided into cliff rooms (hanging on the cliff, super expensive); Xianxu at the foot of the mountain (quite a few rooms, the price is okay). Going to the rooms is purely by foot, when checking into the rooms at the foot of the mountain (the same for cliff rooms), you have to follow the luggage-carrying guy (reservation required) up the stairs to the room. The rooms are basically in the middle of the scenic area you visit, after checking in, you can enjoy the wonderful life of resting in your room when tired from shopping and then going out again after a while.
