South American delight

Colca has always been in my radar, when it comes to brunch spots in Shanghai. I guess, at some point I would have already tried all of their dishes and going to go on a repeat 🔁 mode 😜. They have a perfect set menu for brunch there you get to choose a starter, a main course and a coffee☕ or tea 🍵. I decided to embark on my weight loss journey, which made my first choice default to a salad 🥗 that is nutritious and has all the components like protein, carbs and fiber. So I ordered Peruvian salad ( comes with chicken, mango, strawberry and avocado 🥑) along with perfectly cooked beef tenderloin 🍖; which is made more of a curry style.
