My first stay at the Hyatt Centric Zhongshan Park Shanghai left a lasting impression. From the moment I entered the hotel, I could feel the meticulous attention to detail. The decor of the front desk, bar, and restaurant is elegant, and the spacious layout adds to the overall charm. Despite being located in a bustling area, stepping into the hotel feels like entering a different world. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the deluxe view room I booked offered a stunning view of Zhongshan Park, providing a wide and open perspective. The room itself is exceptionally large and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around even after placing luggage. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel is the best I've had in China so far. Although the selection is limited, every dish is perfectly prepared, and the salads are impressively fresh—a rarity! This hotel truly embodies the stylish essence of Shanghai, making it my top choice for future visits to the city. A special mention goes to the booking process. Due to a last-minute addition to my travel group, I needed to upgrade to a deluxe view room to accommodate an extra bed. There were some minor misunderstandings during the upgrade process, but the Trip.com staff handled everything promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience.
