Trip to Shanghai - Beijing

Just returned from a trip to Shanghai and Beijing, and I must say it was absolutely impressive! Shanghai is incredibly modern, with skyscrapers and dazzling lights throughout the night. I strolled along Nanjing East Road and enjoyed the view from the Shanghai Tower. A nighttime cruise on the Huangpu River to see The Bund was truly the highlight. I took the high-speed train to Beijing, which was clean, safe, and only took a few hours. Beijing is rich in history and ancient Chinese culture. The Forbidden City is magnificent and grand, truly deserving its status as a World Heritage Site. Walking through each palace felt like traveling back in time to the era of emperors. I also visited the Great Wall at Badaling, where the breathtaking views left me speechless. The food in Beijing, especially the crispy yet tender Peking duck, was absolutely delicious. Both cities have their own unique charm, making for a perfectly balanced trip. If you're planning a trip to China, I highly recommend Shanghai and Beijing—you won't be disappointed!
