Shanghai Arts and Crafts Museum

I had an absolutely wonderful time visiting the Shanghai Arts and Crafts Museum. The Western-style building exudes a historical atmosphere, making you feel as though you've wandered into a nobleman's mansion rather than a museum. Inside, there are meticulous displays of traditional Chinese crafts such as ivory carvings, bamboo works, and embroidery, showcasing the delicate craftsmanship that left me in awe. I was particularly impressed by the boxwood carvings, which skillfully depict Shanghai's lifestyle and culture, blending art with everyday life. The museum is not crowded, allowing visitors to enjoy the exhibits in a quiet and serene environment. It's a highly recommended spot for anyone interested in traditional crafts.
