La Vita – Traditional Italian Cuisine was a delightful hidden find! The ambiance was excellent, and our group of seven was lucky enough to get a long table. The plating was delicate, and the texture was nicely charred but not overcooked—really impressive. Fried Seafood: A mix of seafood, all perfectly crispy. The shrimp underneath were super fresh—loved this dish! Handmade Crab Meat Pasta: Perfectly cooked noodles with rich, fresh crab meat. Just the right portion for one person. Lobster Salad: The lobster was wonderfully tender and silky, and the tomatoes and greens added a refreshing balance. Salt-Baked Sea Bass: A standout dish—the preparation was special, with the server deboning the fish tableside. The meat was incredibly fresh and tender.
