Shanghai Vegetarian Restaurant Recommendation - Huiyuan Vegetarian

This restaurant is highly recommended by the owner of Qishan Store. She even taught me how to take the bus to the restaurant. It took an hour on the bus and only cost 1 RMB, which moved me to tears! The top dish, Mambo Ribs, is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, melting in your mouth :) The salty and sweet taste is really, really delicious! I strongly recommend the owner to create a Mambo Ribs Rice Bowl! I really like the Kapok Tofu, it was gone in no time! The fried spring rolls are also very delicious! This restaurant constantly reminds me of the early dishes from Aijia, making me nostalgic for the good flavors in my memory! The Sakura Bun was a complimentary gift from the owner for the review! It's fragrant, sweet, and soft, with an excellent appearance! I recommend friends passing by to give it a try :)
