Anadi Health Experience

After a few years, I stayed at the Anadi Hotel again. We checked in at the Executive Lounge on the tenth floor of the hotel. The front desk staff, Miss Irene and Miss Yuki, were very welcoming. They skillfully conducted physical tests on me and gave me corresponding bracelets according to my physical condition. The tea and singing bowl welcome ceremony was orderly and full of ritual sense, which left a deep impression on me. There is also a welcoming butler service at the elevator lobby, with welcome fruits and snacks available. You can also make reservations for different courses according to your own time and needs. There are also saffron bath therapy bags in the guest rooms (which I was unable to experience due to time constraints). It would have been perfect if the room had a bathtub. Breakfast: Located on the first floor. The staff will take the initiative to show you to your seat in the morning. There is a wide variety of Chinese and Western cuisine, including Shanghai local snacks (fried dumplings, pot stickers), various health teas, and fruit and vegetable juices. Alice took the initiative to add our constitution tea. The hotel hot spring opens at around 10 o'clock in the morning. There are paddle board yoga and outdoor hot springs. There are also Himalayan steam sauna and ginseng and ganoderma steam sauna in the lounge lobby, which is very comfortable. The self-service fruit includes strawberries and cherries.
