My friend who earns 30,000 a month treated me to a crab feast Omakase!

Winter is truly a paradise for seafood lovers. Today, my friend and I enjoyed a crab feast Omakase featuring snow crab, horsehair crab, and Chinese mitten crab. The quality was on par with high-end Japanese restaurants, but the price was only half! The restaurant's crab roe and crab meat are freshly prepared from live crabs every day. You can also enjoy premium ingredients like wagyu beef, black truffle, and caviar. The creative dishes are endless, and the full set is only 400+ per person, making it incredibly cost-effective! Appetizer After walking in the cold wind, I desperately needed a hot dish. The large, sweet corn, lily, and matsutake mushrooms combined to create the flavor of a late autumn harvest. The addition of sea bream made it warm and comforting. Sashimi The seasonal cold fish was exceptionally plump, with a rich, oily aroma. Winter is truly a paradise for seafood lovers! The bluefin tuna was like a ruby, tender with a fresh, bloody taste. My favorite was the snow crab leg sashimi. It was so large, translucent, and smooth. It's definitely a popular dish among foodies! Hot Dish The soup base made from Xinjiang tomatoes had a sweet and sour taste with a hint of sunshine! The pure crab meat balls were the most solid I've ever had, with delicate, sweet crab meat that was incredibly satisfying. Steamed Dish The fresh crab roe, crab powder, and crab meat were all freshly prepared by hand, with a rich, original flavor. The golden color was dripping with oil. Paired with chawanmushi, it was a perfect match. The exquisite moonlight bowl was also very high-end. Signature Dish The drunken crab meat and legs from Chinese mitten crab, combined with horsehair crab meat, were topped with premium caviar and vinegar jelly. The aroma of the sea delicacies lingered in the mouth, and the wine aroma was intoxicating. Grilled Dish This dish was inspired by Chinese crab-stuffed oranges, but it was much more delicious! The grilled cheese was so tempting. When I scooped it up, it was full of snow crab roe, mushrooms, and pineapple. It was so fresh that I almost fainted! Main Dish The wagyu beef rolls were sweet and flavorful, wrapped with plenty of snow crab meat and soft taro paste, as well as sweet and creamy sea urchin. Putting it all in your mouth was pure happiness! Rice Dish The soup was a clear broth made from kelp, with no added seasonings or spices. Pour the crab meat and vegetables into the pot, let the snow crab flavor fully infuse the soup, and then serve a bowl to drink. Then, add rice to make a porridge (rice soup), crack an egg, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. It's so fresh and delicious! This new restaurant in Gubei is our new favorite Japanese restaurant! Hurry and find time to visit again. It looks like it will soon be so popular that reservations will be hard to get!
