Huakai Haishang Ecological Park is located in the southwest of Shanghai, in Jinshan District. Despite its name suggesting it's on the sea, it's actually on land (the reason for the name is unknown). This park is in bloom all year round, starting with plum blossoms in February, followed by peach, cherry, wisteria, lavender, sunflowers, cosmos, and reaching its peak with kochia in November. With 200,000 kochia plants turning red, yellow, and green, their size and round shape make you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale world. You can enjoy a delightful time surrounded by flowers.
