Turndown service | The turndown service is done to perfection, not just cleaning the room trash, but also laying out the floor mat and placing the slippers, organizing the data cables, and leaving a small gift, which is a silk eye mask. The night view of the Bund is a major selling point of the room. The details and the guests' expected value add to the experience. The service is excellent. The Shanghai Seagull on the Bund Hotel is worth adding to the must-stay list. The room is very exquisite, but the downside is that the design did not consider that guests would have luggage, so there should be an area designated for luggage.
