The park extends from Hengshan Road in the north to Zhaojiabang Road in the south, borders Tianping Road in the west, and is close to Wanping Road in the east. It is an open green space park. The main attractions include the Old Town, New Generation, Memorial Chimney, Fountain of Hope, Landscape Bridge, and the gardens along Hengshan Road.
