In the eighth month, I had just arrived to photograph the newly planted matcha-colored ground cover. Before leaving, I made a point to visit the sea of flowers area. It was still in a state of loose soil, a preparation for the spectacular 150-acre sunflower field. This visit to the park was, to put it mildly, the most "disheveled" one yet 😂. Upon entering, a heavy rain had just subsided, leaving the paths through the flower sea extremely damp. This made many angles impossible to capture. After just over an hour of shooting, a torrential downpour 🌧️ began again 🥹... However, it was worth it to not miss this sea of sunflowers. Of course, it would have been even more perfect if it had been a sunny ☀️ day! 🌻 This year, a total of 16 varieties of sunflowers were planted. The main attraction is the golden "Jin Fugui", which differs from sunflowers seen elsewhere in its higher color saturation. Alongside, many black-brown, brown-red, and light yellow sunflowers were also planted, adding a unique touch. 💐 Around the sunflowers, some pink-white Persian chrysanthemums were planted. I remember last year they were planted with the ground cover. They will reach full bloom a bit later. The pink muhly grass is still green, ready to turn pink in the autumn. 🌳 I took a glance at the ground cover area with a drone. Some parts have started to change color slightly. After October, as the temperature drops, it will slowly turn red. The sunflowers are also nearing their end, so the National Day holiday is the best time to take photos.
