By chance, I found a place that slows down culture and life~ Last weekend, I decided to leave the city and came to the Hilton Hotel in Fengxian, Shanghai. The hotel takes the treasures of Chinese traditional culture and Chinese garden architecture as inspiration and tells its story. Design Entering the lobby, you can see the main building design of 'Four Waters Return to the Hall'. The skylight in the middle is very good, and there is also a landscape function. The bar is a 'nest' built in the center, symbolizing 'a hundred birds returning to the nest'. The sunken seats outdoors can both enjoy the view and enjoy an afternoon tea here. Food In terms of food, there is a Chinese and Western restaurant with a variety of dishes during the day, and a surprising late-night canteen at night. Sashimi, eel, and foie gras are really super! Good! Eat! Experience Here, I even found a deeper fun about Chinese traditional culture, and experienced a hotel's intangible cultural heritage hand-made experience 'Wet Extension Round Fan', using water extension painting to make round fans. Under the guidance of a professional teacher, you can choose a few colors you like, pour a special painting solution into the container, and then a few strokes can produce unpredictable flowers in the water. I chose red, blue and yellow-green two base colors according to my own preferences. Sometimes they blend and change, sometimes they bloom and continue, and I made free patterns like phoenix tails and landscapes. I have to admire the aesthetics and techniques of the ancients! In the end, when the pattern was printed on the fan, I saw the beauty of the East in the trend of the national tide, and the inheritance of traditional culture and national wisdom had the most emotional answer at Hilton. What I experienced here may be more than what I described. Only by slowing down the pace can you discover more truths of life.
