Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank History Museum

Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank History Museum Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank History Museum is located at No. 299 Sichuan Middle Road, Shanghai, in the East Asia Bank Building at the intersection of Jiujiang Road. It is the first bank history museum established by a foreign bank in the mainland that is open to the public for free. The Shanghai-Hong Kong Bank History Museum displays the historical changes and integrated development of the banking industry in Shanghai and Hong Kong in the mid-19th century, and displays many precious bills and objects of financial institutions in Shanghai and Hong Kong at different times. The 24-meter-long marble counter, vault, and safe deposit box in the lobby on the first floor of the building have well preserved the original appearance of history.
