📍Lei Shengchun Lui Seng Chun is located at the junction of Lai Chi Kok Road and Tong Mei Road in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is a tenement building with classical Italian architectural features. The front of the building is very exquisitely designed in classical Italian style and is a representative of Hong Kong's pre-war arcade-style architecture.
