Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge Satellite Kuala Lumpur

The Golden Lounge Satellite at Kuala Lumpur Airport is a modern, very comfortable and elegantly decorated lounge. When you walk in, there are VIP rooms for first class and business class on the left and right. There is a bar on the left side of the business lounge. It was empty during my visit, but you can see the airport apron directly from inside. Then inside is a premium feel dining area with lots of different seating options, basically high bar seating, table seating or very comfortable lounge seating which is well lit and ventilated. There are also many self-service food and drink locations inside the VIP room. There are several different dining options. There is a noodle bar as you enter the main lounge. The chef paired the noodles with the gravy and it looked great. Then there is the staple food area, with hot and cold food areas. It was much like the breakfast buffet you would find in a hotel, with a delicious selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt and Malaysian food. There is a family area off the dining area. However, it was just a few seats and a quiet TV playing cartoons. However, there is less space and not all families can enter together.
