We use our own coffee beans, and we also sell coffee, non-coffee, and dessert menus. I tried iced americano, latte shot and lemon cake. For both cups of coffee, ‘super normal’ beans were selected, and they were very delicious with a nutty and heavy body. The lemon cake was also refreshing and soft, so I took a storm. Protocol is a space where you can enjoy delicious coffee in a space with a strong sense, and it is a good space for work or study.
