They even sell fresh salads and you can just buy them then board your train. It is definitely interesting to spot this greenhouse. This is known as Metro Farming. These plants are using hydroponic farming methods, which means the plants are grown in water. Instead of using natural sunlight, the plants are taken care of by LED lights.
