I've visited both Fairmont and Conrad among the hotels in Yeouido, but Conrad is the best for Hangang view!! The view is no joke👍🏻✨✨ Actually, Fairmont is often blocked by construction site views and The Hyundai views, so it's a bit stuffy, but Conrad is open and nice🙂 And the lobby has a very high ceiling! I think it's rare to find a hotel with such a high ceiling, so it was really nice because it felt open.
