63 Building Shuchiku, a famous filial piety restaurant💡💛

#February travel support event 📌 Shuchiku (63 Building) 📍 58th floor, 63-ro 50, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul While looking for a fine dining place for my parents' wedding anniversary, I visited Shuchiku in Yeouido 63 Building! I think most of you know it because it's famous! Shuchiku means 'red bamboo' in Japanese, and it's said that the concept is the red color of bamboo and lacquerware, which symbolize Japan! With its luxurious interior and modern atmosphere, I could really feel the energy of a wellness high-end Japanese restaurant! We ordered a course meal and ate kaiseki cuisine, sushi, and sake! The tokkuri (sake bottle) and ceramic bucket they brought us were so pretty that I think I took over 100 pictures! We brought our parents, so we made a reservation for a private room, and I remember that the total cost was between 700,000 and 1 million won! (I'm sorry for the wide price range ㅠㅠ The exact price was split between my brothers and my older sister paid a little more ㅠㅠ) However, in addition to the room, you can enjoy omakase at the sushi counter and Japanese set course at the hall table, so I think it would be perfect for a family anniversary, couples, or even a meeting! As expected from the majesty of the 58th floor, I was able to see Seoul and the Han River at a glance, and I was especially proud to see my parents so happy and taking a lot of pictures of the night view! It was a restaurant that I understood why it was fully booked despite the very high price during the Yeouido fireworks season (around early to mid-October)! It was a restaurant where I was really thankful for the taste that I could see with my eyes and taste that was delivered to my mouth at the same time with the fresh ingredients of the day! I haven't tried much kaiseki cuisine, but it really felt like I was visiting Japan and eating there! If you want to express your gratitude sincerely, I think it would be great to visit Shuchiku and treat them! It wasn't cheap, but I felt that it was definitely not expensive compared to how much I felt grateful to my parents! (This is just my opinion, haha) If you have an important day or a special day you want to celebrate, I highly recommend visiting with your loved ones! ♥️ #SeoulRestaurant #SeoulRestaurantRecommendation #SeoulFineDining #YeouidoRestaurant #63BuildingDining #63BuildingRestaurant #SeoulTravel #YeouidoTravel #Seoul
