Day 1 In the early morning, I visited Seoul's oldest Christian church, Saemoonan Church. The church's exterior is majestic and grand, blending traditional and modern architectural designs, exuding a sense of historical depth. Upon entering, the towering arched ceiling and stained glass instantly evoke a sense of tranquility and sanctity. The morning prayer ceremony was heartwarming, with melodious hymns seemingly injecting new strength into the soul. After the visit, I strolled to the nearby Insadong, where the alleys retain the ancient charm of traditional Korea. I tasted the fragrant omija tea at a teahouse and bought a few exquisite handmade souvenirs, adding many memories to the day's exploration. Day 2 On the second day, I headed towards Gwanghwamun Square, tracing Seoul's past and present along the historical path. Passing by Saemoonan Church again, the church appeared even warmer and more solemn under the sunlight. I entered the church's archive to gain a deeper understanding of the development of Christianity in Korea, marveling at how the power of faith transcends time and space to influence this land. In the afternoon, I visited Gyeongbokgung Palace to admire the magnificent Korean palace architecture and participated in a traditional costume experience, feeling the cultural charm of the Joseon Dynasty. As the sunset glow faded, I strolled along Cheonggyecheon, ending a day filled with history and spirituality. This trip deeply impressed me with the intersection of faith and history. The sacred atmosphere of Saemoonan Church and the cultural heritage of Seoul's ancient districts blend together, injecting a profound soul into the city.
