Among them, the particularly popular ones "Natsume Soseki" and "L'air et les songes" are named after famous artists and writers. As for dessert, I ordered fig cake this time. What attracted me was the fresh figs on the cake. However, I was a little disappointed after tasting it. Although the jam added to the filling was intended to enhance the texture, it made the sponge cake feel too moist and lost its lightness. It is recommended to skip it. If you want a safe choice, Basque cake will be a better option, with a solid texture and earthy yet delicious flavor. As for the performance of the coffee, it is a little too light for me personally. Perhaps my expectations were too high and did not meet my expectations. Overall, the environment of Anthracite Coffee Seogyo-dong branch is indeed worth a visit. Both the architectural design and the atmosphere are impressive. However, if the attitude of the service staff and the quality of the desserts can be improved, it will make people want to visit again.
