What a brilliant interpretation of traditional recipies and local ingredients. It's such an experiece. I had visited them both before and after their Michelin star. The restaurant actually impressed me the most during our impromptu trip to Seoul. They hadn't gotten their stars when we visited them the first time, but I knew it should be on its way based on the quality of the food served. It's unlike the usual Korean cuisine we know. The taste is more delicate and the use of heavy sauces are avoided. Even the usual cabbage kimchi is white and mild here (not in a bad way). It showed us another side of the cuisine. I think the haut cuisine from last time differs from the "usual" Korean food we knew and is towards the lighter side, which is very enjoyable. #koreatrip #seoullife #michelinstar
